Property Valuation
Our registered professional surveyors provide valuation services for various types of real estate properties, including residential properties, industrial and commercial units, village houses, entire buildings, development sites, and properties in Mainland China.
We also offer valuation services for different purposes, such as mortgage financing, litigation, immigration, and insurance. Additionally, we provide asset valuation services for companies applying for public listings.
Plant and Machinery Valuation
In addition to real estate, our registered professional surveyors also provide valuation services for plant and machinery to financial institutions, businesses, and manufacturers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and other regions. The machinery valued includes printing equipment, medical devices, gaming machines, knitting machines, and construction machinery.
These valuations are conducted for purposes such as temporary capital turnover, accounting, auctions, mortgage loans, and financing projects.

Valuation for IPO and Financing
Our team of experienced registered professional surveyors and valuers provides professional valuation and advisory services for companies undergoing initial public offerings (IPOs) and for real estate investment trusts (REITs). We also conduct valuations for other corporate assets as required.
Valuation of Premium Payment for Housing Society / Housing Authority Estates
Our registered professional surveyors provide premium valuation services for the following subsidized housing schemes offered by the Hong Kong Government:
- Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) – “Housing for Sale Scheme” and “Sandwich Class Housing Scheme” estates
- Hong Kong Housing Authority (HKHA) – “Home Ownership Scheme / Private Sector Participation Scheme” and “Tenants Purchase Scheme” estates
Units in these estates are subject to alienation restrictions under their land leases. Owners have to pay a premium to the HKHS / HKHA before they can transfer the unit in the open market. Owners in need of such services can appoint us to conduct the premium valuation.

Our registered professional surveyors possess in-depth knowledge of land and property policies, property markets, and economic conditions in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. We assist clients in navigating land development and lease matters to unlock the potential value of their properties. Our services include:

We assist property owners in filing objections and appeals with the relevant government departments when they are dissatisfied with the government’s valuation of their property for stamp duty or rates purposes. We provide services including assessment, submission, and follow-up.
Town Planning Application
Our registered professional surveyors also provide professional advisory services for town planning applications. We assist clients in leveraging the flexibility of town planning regulations to apply for changes in the use of their properties, thereby enhancing their value.
Redevelopment and Acquisition Project Consulting
Our registered professional surveyors can assist developers or major owners in formulating acquisition strategies, conducting valuations and pricing strategies, and calculating the financial returns of acquisitions and developments. When required, we can also act as expert witnesses in the Lands Tribunal.
We also provide advice to owners and tenants affected by redevelopment and acquisition projects regarding fair compensation for land resumption by the government or developers, acquisition for redevelopment, or compulsory sales. We assist in negotiations to help them secure their entitled rights and interests.
Water Seepage Investigation and Claims Follow-up
Our registered professional surveyors provide independent and impartial third-party property inspection services. We assist owners, tenants, incorporated owners, engineering firms, and solicitors. Emphasizing independence and impartiality, we utilize more advanced and comprehensive instruments than the government’s Joint Office for monitoring water seepage. We conduct water seepage investigations and related damage assessments, calculate losses caused by seepage, and support insurance and claims reporting.
Land Surveying
Our registered professional surveyors provide professional land surveying, planning, and consultancy services to assist clients with property development, boundary disputes, and engineering projects. Our main services include:
